Site Loading too slow - 2 days

Hello to all,

I have big problem with hosting,

My site loading too slow, for 2 days, i reinstalled my smf because i thinked that i do some wrong and lose all posts from my forum, but its same, my site is loading too slow, im waiting for 4-5-6 mins to acces to my page, also i removed smf and put my smilar html creation but its to slow again,
