If your site is down there first thing you’ll want to check is

http://status.000webhost.com

If any of the monitors are red or down then that would be the first idea why your site will be down.

Once the monitors have resolved, all green and none are down then try your website.

If your site is still having problems post a thread with as much detail as possible to your website address, what scripts you run on your site and what exactly you were doing or are trying to do before hitting the error or failure to load your site.

Database issues persisting please be patient and try operations later, if you run WordPress/ any script that uses databases you may find your site will not work properly/present errors.
