Pointing domain hosted on to

  1. Login to account
  2. Select domain name you want to manage
  3. Click on DNS tab
  4. In DNS records form fill in these details:
    • type = CNAME
    • Name = www
    • Domain name =
    • TTL is Automatic TTL
  5. Click Add record
  6. Turn off yellow cloud to grey
  7. Check if CNAME is visible for Google nameservers (change to your website name)

Cloudflare may take up to 24 hours to make this record available in DNS system. To check if your domain is already have valid CNAME record please use DNS lookup tool provided by Google. When this tool shows that you have pointed your domain to 000webhost website there is one more step left. That is 000webhost needs to know that you have pointed this domain, so you need to follow these steps:

  1. Login to your 000webhost panel
  2. Go to your website
  3. Select Set web address
  4. There you will find Web address section and click on Change web address
  5. Select I have domain and enter your domain name, like

With cloudflare you can also make naked domain (without the www) to work on 000webhost.

Add one more record with these details:

  1. In DNS records form fill in these details:
    • type = CNAME
    • Name =
    • Domain name =
    • TTL is Automatic TTL
  2. Click Add record

Example. Make sure that Yellow cloud is turned off.

With this setup and will work the same way.

So it does not need to be aninao**.com** under CNAME name? aninao is enough?

And certificate is issued when status is active, right?
