All in One WP Migration stalls when restoring database

As the title suggests the migration process when using All in One WP Migration stalls at the ‘restoring database’ section. It sits at 96% for hours and hours. I read on the forums that changing the PHP version to 5.6 will solve this problem, it did not solve it for me. I also read that certain plugins don’t work, I removed all unnecessary plugins but it still will not work for me. I found this article that said I need to change PHP settings

but I don’t see any option for changing PHP settings on 000webhost.com. Help?

Head to General Settings on 000webhost.com and you can change your PHP version there.

If the migration is stalling your execution time might have been reached so you might need to find a better way of importing to avoid the free limits.
